No internet access - Active VIP Request APN settings
If you have no access to internet on your phone and have a data plan, try requesting APN settings
Text "settings" to 773000
Click on blue link at the top of message > Allow > Close >
Go to Settings > Profile downloaded > Install >
Install > Install
Reset phone
