New iPhone setup software update / data transfer bug
There is currently an issue with the setup processes of iPhones where the phone gets stuck at the "Software Update" section.
The fix is as follows:
-Hard Reset the iPhone - Use the following Guide
-Setup the new phone manually without data transfer
-On new phone go to Settings > General > Software Update
-Update the phone to latest version - Use the following Guide
-Once updated got to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings
-Once phone finishes erasing, setup the new phone and transfer data as standard
