Active Insights version - 2.0.0(113)
Another app update for the Active Insights app has now been released, version 2.0.0 brings the following.
The updates include:
- New and updated design.
- New menu design.
- Favourite subscriptions.
- My rewards section.
- Support updates.
- Bug fixes
New and updated design
With the fact we are starting to add more and more features to the platform we realised early on that we will require a re-design of the application. With this update this is the start of the new design layout on the application, and now this has been complete, in the near future we will be looking to add even more features to the platform.
New favourite subscription feature
With this update we have added a new feature we like to call favourites. This give you the ability to favourite an O2 Subscription for quick easy access to numbers you may make changes to on a regular basis. To favourite an O2 subscription, go to O2 on the bottom menu, then go into your company account, then on the list of subscriptions you can favourite a subscription by pressing the start icon on the right of the subscription number. To un-favourite a number, either find the number again in the company list and press the star icon to un-favourite it, or you can go to the more menu, then go to favourites and un-select the favourite by tapping on the start on the right.
New my rewards section
The new my rewards section is something as an Active Digital customer we wanted to do to give something back to you. This section will house some special offers from our partners and good customers which we feel really gives another level of service and perks to being a customer of Active Digital.
Support updates
We have working hard to getting all our customers at Active Digital the best support we can offer, this latest version of Active Insights contains a big update to help with this. With this update, you can generate live chats or submit support tickets without having to enter your information in. Once a ticket or a chat has commenced, you will be able to have future access to this by searching for it using the search bar.
Bug fixes
As always we have included a number of bug fixes and stability updates to this version to make the running of this platform as smooth as possible. Don't forget, if you notice anything, please submit a ticket on the support section of the app.
