Active Insights version - 1.4.0(100)

Another app update for the Active Insights app has now been released, version 1.4.0 brings the following.

The updates include:
  1. Password change/update.
  2. Two factor authentication.
  3. Notification on change requests.
  4. Stability updates.
  5. Bug fixes.

Password change/update

We had a few bits of feedback in relation to passwords, this was mainly part of how we handle password changes/updates. On this new version we have updated how the app handles password changes, so it will now keep you inside the app rather than asking for you to click and email link.

Two factor authentication

We have added two factor authentication to the platform that recognises when a new device logs on to the platform. When this happens an email will be sent to confirm your identity.

Notifications on change requests

This is a big one that had got asked a lot from customers. On this version when you submit a change request you will now receive a notification to confirm it has gone through. Make sure to have your notifications turned on.

Stability updates

As always we have included a number of bug fixes and stability updates to this version to make the running of this platform as smooth as possible. Don't forget, if you notice anything, please submit a ticket on the support section of the app
