Active Insights version - 1.2.0(68)
Another app update for the Active Insights app has now been released, version 1.2.0 brings the following.
The updates include:
- Branding change from Active Insight to Active Insights.
- Request Logs updates.
- Password reset on app.
- Stability updates.
- Data updating update.
Branding Update
As we get closer to release the platform has officially been confirmed as Active Insights. Please let me know if you require any branding items.
Request Logs update
With our previous update adding the ability to see all request that been made on O2 customers via the app, we have gone ahead and made a few tweaks to this. Wording has been updating to access the service based where you are on the app for context (EXAMPLE: When you are on a company page it will state "Show all company change requests".
Also on this update we have added a section on the home screen call Request Logs. This is only accessible by Active Digital employees, but it will show all requests made by all users on all companies and all subscriptions.
Password Reset Update
This update has introduced the ability to change and update your password within the app. This was previously handled outside the app on the Activeadmin.co domain which isn't customer facing at this stage. So this update has been instrumental in the release of the app to end users (customers).
This works either via the reset password under the profile picture section or forgot password button on the login screen. If anyone has forgot their password this is the solution to get back into the platform.
Stability Improvements
We are always striving to make the platform quicker and more stable. This includes with this update. We are improving load times on company information and subscriptions data. This is an ongoing mission and will only get better in time.
Data updating Improvements
Lastly, we have added some improvement on the data being updated in the backend of the platform. Again this is an ongoing process, but if you notice anything that doesn't look right, please let me know at dwalter@activedigital.co.uk.
