User Name Change

How to make a User Name Change on Active Insights

We understand that subscription will get re-used or transferred from one person to another and to stay on top of this, User Names for subscriptions is available. We have made it super simple to make a User Name change with in the Active Insights app, just follow the steps below:

Step 1 - Select O2 from the main menu.
Step 2 - Select your company from the list.
Step 3 - Either scroll down to the subscription or type in the mobile number of the subscription you would like to change and select it.
Step 4 - Press the pencil icon at the top-right next to the current User Name.
Step 5 - Tap the current User Name, then enter your new User Name.
Step 6 - Press the Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen.

Once you have pressed the Save Changes button, the information of the new User Name will be sent to O2 for update. This will not show up instantly on the app but will update within 24 hours.
