Update/Change your Password

Update/Change your Password on Active Insights

Updating or changing your password on the Active Insights app is super simple, just follow the steps below:

Step 1 - Open the app and then press the Person Icon in the Top-Right.
Step 2 - Then tap the Update password button near the bottom of the list.
Step 3 - Next the platform will send you an email. Please open the email on the device with Active Insights installed (this is important).
Step 4 - Press the Reset Password button on the email. This will redirect you to a webpage and ask you to open the Active Insights app, press the Open button.
Step 5 - Once the Active Insights app has opened it will give the option to enter in your new password. Once type in both sections, press the Update button.
Step 6 - Now that you have updated your password, now use this new password to log back into the Active Insights application.
