How to make a Cost Center Change on Active Insights

We have made it super simple to make a Cost Center change with in the Active Insights app, just follow the steps below:

Step 1 - Select O2 from the main menu.
Step 2 - Select your company from the list.
Step 3 - Either scroll down to the subscription or type in the mobile number of the subscription you would like to change and select it.
Step 4 - Press the pencil icon next to the current Cost Center.
Step 5 - Tap the current Cost Center, then enter your new Cost Center.
Step 6 - Press the Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen.

Once you have pressed the Save Changes button, the information of the new Cost Center will be sent to O2 for update. This will not show up instantly on the app but will update within 24 hours.
