Accounts Features

As an O2 Account holder with Active Digital you will have access to all of your subscriptions on the Active Insights application.

Company Information

The company information section is the main section and will be home to all of your subscription. These will be in a list view and show all your connections and whether they are connected or not (please note it can take up to 24hrs for updates to go through).

Change Requests

The change request section has all the changes made for all subscriptions under your account. 

Subscription Information

Subscription information is home to all your mobile phone numbers and connections you have on your O2 account with Active Digital. From here you can make changes to your subscriptions, these changes include:
  1. Sim swap.
  2. Cost centre change.
  3. Barring.
  4. User name change.
There is also a section to see all the changes made on this particulae subscription.
