Personal Voice lets your iPhone replicate your voice. Personal Voice is an Accessibility setting designed for people who might be losing their voice or know they are at risk of conditions such as Muscle Tension Dysmorphia.

Settings > Accessibility > Personal Voice > Create personal voice.

Then

Settings > Accessibility > Live speech – Triple tap power button, type words that will then be repeated in your own voice.
