Forgotten Active Insights Password

Forgotten your Password on Active Insights

If you have forgotten your Active Insights password, don't worry you can easily reset this by using the steps below:

Step 1 - Open the app and then press the Forgot password? button underneath the Login button.
Step 2 - Then enter in your email address we setup your login access to Active Insights and press Send.
Step 3 - Next the platform will send you an email. Please open the email on the device with Active Insights installed (this is important).
Step 4 - Press the Reset Password button on the email. This will redirect you to a webpage and ask you to open the Active Insights app, press the Open button.
Step 5 - Once the Active Insights app has opened it will give the option to enter in your new password. Once type in both sections, press the Update button.
Step 6 - Now that you have updated your password, now use this new password to log back into the Active Insights application.
