How to swap a SIM on Active Insights

We understand that subscription will get re-used or transferred from one person to another and to stay on top of this, SIM swapping for subscriptions is available. We have made it super simple to complete a SIM swap with the Active Insights app, just follow the steps below:

Step 1 - Select O2 from the main menu.
Step 2 - Select your company from the list.
Step 3 - Either scroll down to the subscription or type in the mobile number of the subscription you would like to change and select it.
Step 4 - Press the pencil icon to the right of the current SIM card serial number.
Step 5 - Tap the current SIM number, then enter your new SIM number.
Step 6 - Press the Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen.

Once you have pressed the Save Changes button, the information of the new SIM Number will be sent to O2 for update. This will not show up instantly on the app but will update within 24 hours.
