About Call Diverts
With call
diverts you can divert incoming calls to any UK fixed phone or mobile. There
are four call diversion options available:-
Not Reachable Divert – Calls are diverted when the phone has no signal
Divert Calls when busy – Calls are diverted when the phone is already on a call
Divert calls when there is no reply – Unanswered calls are diverted to another number rather than voicemail.
Unconditional Divert – All calls are diverted directly to another number. This is the standard divert to add
All diverts can be added by calling PCS. There is a 24 hour SLA for this request.
The following
short codes can be dialled to activate the corresponding divert. These are
applied instantly.

If the user cancels all diverts this will also turn off voicemail. This can be turned back on by dialling 1750
