Another app update for the Active Insights app has now been released, version 1.3.1 brings the following.

The updates include:
  1. Password login updates.
  2. Add notes on each subscription.
  3. Two factor authentication.
  4. ActiveVIP change requests added.
  5. O2 change request updates.
  6. Notification section completed.
  7. Stability updates.

Password login updates

We had a few bits of feedback in relation to password logins, this was mainly part of typed in login credentials not saving in app, this has now been addressed in this update and now should store within the devices Key-Chain.

Add notes to each subscription.

One request we had while completing some onboarding calls, was having the ability to enter in a note on a subscription. This was such a great request we managed to fit it in to this last update of the year. Just go to your subscription and a new field will now be available to enter anything specific to that subscription.

Two factor authentication

We have been working hard on adding 2fa onto our platform. At the moment we have primarily been focusing on email 2fa and the majority the work has been completed on this and we are just awaiting all users to update to the latest version before switching this on. There will be more to follow when we look into other 2fa methods for further security.

ActiveVIP change requests

We added change requests on the last update for O2 customers, on this update we are adding this feature for ActiveVIP accounts. This will do the same as O2 accounts and will show when a request has been made and when it has been completed.

O2 change request updates

We have now included the logs and changes that we make on your behalf. As we utlise O2's tools to complete changes on your account, these changes are now visible under your company Change requests.

Notification section completed

We have had the ability to send Notification updates, but had no place to house them, with this update the notification section will now show any notifications we send you, we look forward to sending our first notification in the coming weeks.

Stability updates

As always we have included a number of bug fixes and stability updates to this version to make the running of this platform as smooth as possible. Don't forget, if you notice anything, please submit a ticket on the support section of the app.
